Christian Altomare’s 50-Mile Journey for Suicide Prevention Awareness & Jeremiah’s Place

On September 28, 2024, Christian Altomare completed an incredible 50-mile run in 10 hours and 32 minutes, all in support of Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. His mission was simple yet powerful: to bring hope to anyone who feels there is no light at the end of the tunnel. “This run is dedicated to anyone who feels like there is no light at the end of the tunnel. There is a light, and you will make it through. Your life matters!” Christian’s words resonate deeply, reminding us all of the importance of mental health and the strength to keep moving forward.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Department, Stacy Jarrard, and his dedicated staff for ensuring Christian’s safety throughout the run. Their support was instrumental in making this journey possible.

Christian’s efforts don’t stop here. You can still contribute to this cause and make a difference by donating to the GoFundMe page: Empower Lives: Join the 50-Mile Journey. Every contribution helps empower those who are struggling and reminds them that they are not alone
